HORRORFIND WEEKEND 14 CONVENTION and FILM FESTIVAL VENDORS FORM / CONTRACT August 31 - September 2, 2012 Wyndham Gettysburg 95 Presidential Circle Gettysburg, Pa 17325 Our Expanded Location has worked out great the first two years, it is realy a good spot geograpically being just a few miles over the Maryland/Pennsylvania line allowing us to serve Baltimore and most of Maryland market area as well as reach large new market areas in key cities and towns in Pennsylvania. The location features two hotels with plenty of space, large lobby areas, bar and restaurant in hotel as well as another large bar/restaurant next to hotels and a real movie theater complex allowing us to expand the convention with the addition of a Horror Film Festival and other fun events. |

Because both convention hotels and all nearby hotels sell out really fast some vendors have had trouble getting a room anywhere near the convention. So to help our regular vendors we can now notify you by email when the convention room rate is in the hotels system so you can reserve your room before it is announced to general public. This will give you 2 weeks head start to book a room at convention hotel |
